The Company boasts a highly experienced team of engineering experts. As of June 2024, it staffs more than 1,800 technical professionals, including 1 academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 3 National Engineering Survey and Design Masters, 12 National Non-Ferrous Industry Design Masters, 17 experts receiving government special allowances, over 180 professor-level senior engineers, more than 500 senior engineers, over 600 certified engineers across various disciplines.
China Nerin possesses core technologies in open-pit and deep-shaft mining of non-ferrous metal mines, ore processing and leaching, flash smelting, bath smelting, copper electro-refining, hydro-metallurgical copper extraction, secondary copper recycling, non-ferrous metallurgical equipment and process automation and intelligentization, gas-based sulfuric acid production, solid waste disposal, and site pollution prevention and control, and full-process non-ferrous metals digital-intelligent solutions (NDI products) in the industry chain. The company has won over 1,100 honors at national, provincial, and municipal levels, including more than 200 scientific awards, 4 patent awards, over 900 engineering design and consultation accolades, as well as 1 first prize, 8 second prizes, and 2 third prizes of National Award for Science and Technology Progress. According to the "2024 Project Management and General Contracting (EPC) Turnover Ranking of Survey and Design Enterprises" published by the China Exploration & Design Association, China Nerin ranks No. 37 in project management turnover, No. 29 in overseas project management turnover, and No. 25 in overseas EPC turnover.
